Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Merchandise)

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item does not fit correctly we are happy to offer an exchange. Provided the following conditions are met:

* The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
* All tags must still be attached
* Proof of purchase must be provided

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process an exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
Sticker Application & Removal Disclaimer

Limitless Society is not liable for any damage caused during the application or removal of stickers, decals or banners.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Paint damage
* Clear coat peeling
* Adhesive residue
* Surface imperfections revealed after removal

All stickers are applied and removed at the customer’s own risk. We recommend professional installation and careful removal to minimise any potential damages.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and where applicable provide:

* A replacement
* An exchange
* Or a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Stickers, decals, and banners (unless faulty)
* Custom or made-to-order items
Condition of Returned Items

All returned merchandise must be in “as new” condition.

Items will not be accepted if they show signs of:

* Wear
* Washing
* Damage
* Misuse

Any items returned in unsuitable condition may be declined and sent back to the customer.
