Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to the email you have provided us.

 

Courier

We ship with trusted providers like Australia Post and select courier services to make sure your order arrives safely.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email.
Tracking can usually take 24–48 hours to update once it’s in the system.


Delays

Our team strives to complete orders as soon as possible. However, once orders are shipped we can't control delays with couriers. 
Delays can happen due to high demand, weather, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience.

International Shipping

We currently do ship internationally.
If available, shipping times and rates will be shown at checkout.
Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
